At KBL Cleaning, we pride ourselves on offering a 5-star service at a competitive price. We'll meet with you to create a detailed cleaning brief tailored to your specific business needs.

We provide commercial cleaning services on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, during either on-peak or off-peak hours.

We specialize in a variety of work settings, including:

We are committed to the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability.

  • Vetted Staff: Our team is carefully selected, fully vetted, and undergoes reference and criminal record checks.

  • Confidentiality: Every staff member signs a personal confidentiality agreement to ensure your privacy. We are committed to protecting all information we acquire during our service.

  • Reliability: We understand the importance of consistency. We'll allocate the same cleaner for the majority of your scheduled cleans. If your cleaner is unavailable due to sickness or holiday, we'll arrange for a trusted cover cleaner so your service is never interrupted. Our cover policy ensures we find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

  • Hygiene & Equipment: We provide all necessary cleaning products, tools, and equipment, including color-coded mops and buckets. We use a fresh set of sterilized cloths for every clean. We also provide all necessary safety equipment and can provide a PAT-tested vacuum cleaner if required.

 

Transparent Pricing & Payment

 

Our pricing is straightforward and designed for clarity.

  • Rate: Our price includes all cleaning products and equipment.

  • Excluded Items: Please note that our rates do not include the cost of consumable items like bin bags, soap, hand towels, or toilet rolls.

  • Invoicing: We prefer to invoice weekly with 7-day payment terms for cash flow purposes, but we can arrange alternative terms to suit your needs. A £15 fee will be added to late payments.

  • Price Increases: A small annual price increase may occur each April to account for inflation. We will inform you in writing one month in advance of any changes.

 

Draft Service Agreement Highlights

 

This document is provided for transparency so you can see the key terms of our partnership. A formal agreement will be signed and dated before we begin services.

  • Access & Scheduling: You will provide our team with access to the building during mutually agreed-upon times.

  • Holiday Service: Special pricing applies to cleans on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.

  • Termination: You may terminate the contract at any time. We will provide one month's notice for any termination. Any outstanding payments will be due upon termination.

  • What does the service include? Your service includes the tasks outlined in the cleaning brief we create for you. We're happy to discuss any special requests.

  • Do you provide equipment? Yes, we provide all cleaning products, cloths, and equipment. We only ask that you provide a designated storage space for these items.

  • Can you wash carpets or outside windows? Our team will vacuum carpets and clean windows from the inside, but we do not provide exterior window or carpet washing services.

  • Can I have the same cleaner every week? Yes, we can arrange for the same cleaner to be scheduled for you, provided you stick to the same days and times each week.

  • What if the cleaner is unavailable? We will always inform you of any absence and provide a replacement cleaner so your service is not interrupted.

  • What if I'm unhappy with the service? If this ever happens, we will arrange a site visit to assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement cleaner.

  • How do I pay? We will send you an invoice, and you can pay via BACS or cash.

  • Are there any hidden charges? No. We are committed to complete pricing transparency.
