We are fully insured for up to 5 Million pounds. Our public liability insurance, health and safety procedures and employee liability insurance ensure you, your premises and our team are protected.

*Annual increases may arise due to inflation. Our fixed rate is based on whether your cleans are completed Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly or if we work in or out of hours. With the exception of Christmas Day & New Years Day

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICE?
After having a meeting with ourselves we will produce a cleaning brief tailored to your business needs. These are created easier if you have a floor plan to hand.

Q: What does this service include?
A: Our cleaners follow a list of priorities which is set when the booking is arranged and a cleaning brief tailored to your business needs. Also, if you have any special requests that were not previously discussed, make sure to let us know.
Q: What about the cleaning materials and products?
A: We supply all cleaning products, clothes & equipment needed. Please make sure that there will be a designated space for the storage of the cleaning materials and equipment.
Q: Can the cleaner wash the carpets and the windows from the outside?
A: Your office cleaner can only hoover the carpet and clean the windows from the inside.
Q: Can I have the same office cleaner every week?
A: Yes, we can arrange this for you. However, we ask you to stick to the particular days and times of the day every week so we can schedule the same cleaner for you.
Q: What happens if the cleaner damages something?
A: If that is indeed the case then we will do our best to compensate you
Q: Can I request a different cleaner?
A: Sure, if you wish to change your cleaner, then we will be happy to arrange it.
Q: What happens if the cleaner is unavailable?
A: We will make sure to inform you and try our very best to send somebody else so you don’t have to go without a clean.
Q: I will be away for a while and I won’t need the office/Building cleaned, what now?
A: Please make sure to inform us at least 48 hours in advance. You will not be charged while your cleans are on hold.
Q: What happens if we are unhappy with the cleaning service?
A: If this ever happens, then we will arrange a visit to assess the situation. If necessary, we will provide you with a replacement cleaner.
Q: How do I pay for the cleaner?
A: We will invoice you so you can pay cash or BACS. Payment terms will be discussed prior to commencing services

A: No, We practice pricing transparency.

This is to certify that we, KBL Cleaning, understand that any information (written, verbal or other form) obtained during the performance of our duties must remain confidential. This includes all information about members, clients, families, employees and other associate organizations, as well as any other information otherwise marked or known to be confidential. We understand that any unauthorized release or carelessness in the handling of this confidential information is considered a breach of the duty to maintain confidentiality.
We further understand that any breach of the duty to maintain confidentiality could be grounds for immediate dismissal and/or possible liability in any legal action arising from such breach.
Furthermore, we can confirm that each of our staff has signed a confidentiality agreement to this effect and is retained within our staff records. This can be viewed by you at any time.

This agreement for cleaning services is between

(hereafter referred to as "Service Provider")

The Client and Service Provider hereby agree to the following terms:
1. The client will give the Service Provider access to the inside of the building during mutually agreed upon times.
2. If the Client’s clean falls on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day, please contact us if you wish to arrange as there is a price increase for any cleans commencing on those days.
4. Client will provide, for the use by the Service Provider, in performance of this contract the following supplies and equipment:
5. Service Provider to invoice the Client Monthly. The client will pay the Service Providers invoice within ____ days. If the agreed invoicing terms are not adhered to, cleaning services will be suspended and a charge of £12 will be added and subsequently for each month the invoice remains outstanding.
6. Services to be performed by Service Provider, to client’s standard, as per the cleaning brief provided, at an hourly rate of £18 per hour plus VAT.
7. Client may terminate the contract at any time. Any payment for the above-mentioned services owed by the Client shall be due and payable at the time the agreement is terminated unless a valid dispute arises.
9. The Service Provider will give one month's notice in the event of contract termination.
10. The client acknowledges that a small price increase may incur each April. We will inform the client in writing one month prior to this.
